Ellie’s Take Part journey began in 2015 when she was 8 years old. “I remember meeting a wonderful lady called Louise who showed me all the dazzling lights of show biz and how beautiful musical theatre can be, I was captivated by the first show, which was a summer showcase filled with such fun numbers including Cats and Hairspray.”
At the age of 16, Ellie was delighted to become a Dance Tutor at Take Part. She loves to excite our students and to make them feel safe and she encourages them to show their true colours. She says her job role is so enjoyable she never feels as though she is working.
“I feel so privileged to say this is my job… I admired the Take Part Teaching Team so much and was in awe of their work…I hope to continue this legacy and inspire so many children to be creative, inspiring and most of all to be themselves and know that’s ok.”
Ellie’s love for musical theatre has lead her to study at Manchester College and to embark on a new journey at The Hammond in Chester!
