Anna Cloarec

I first joined Take Part when I was 13, and it’s been a huge part of my life ever since. Over the years, I’ve grown from a nervous young performer into someone who feels confident, creative, and proud to support others. Now at 17, I’m a Performing Arts Tutor and I love helping younger members feel welcome and inspired.

Through projects like Dare to Dream, I’ve learned that it’s okay to make mistakes, to take risks, and to enjoy the process rather than chasing perfection. Performing and working with others has helped me realise that confidence comes from being yourself, not from being flawless.

Take Part feels like family to me. It’s a place where wellbeing always comes first and where everyone is encouraged to express themselves freely. One day, I hope to become a history teacher — but for now, I’m enjoying every step of my journey, learning to dream big and take things one stage at a time.
