Laurie Oliver

I first started Take Part in 2016 where I met an incredible bunch of people and an inspiring creative team. They provided me with many opportunities to perform in front of the local community. Being around a group of like-minded individuals inspired me to pursue a career in performing arts.

While I was there, I loved having private acting lessons with Sarah Day-Smith. She is an excellent teacher who gave me so much confidence and really helped me to develop my acting skills. It was great to be taught by someone who has so much experience in the industry and truly believed in me.
