New Mills
Our original site lies within the community of New Mills. A bustling town built above ‘The Torrs’ (a 70 foot deep gorge!).
Situated close to Stockport and Manchester whilst also bordering Cheshire, New Mills offers rural life but with the benefits of a speedy journey into the city! The town hosts a Festival each year in the final two weeks of September.
Our base is at New Mills School, where we have a wide range of facilities available to us including: a fully equipped stage, 2 x Drama studios, a Dance studio, a Café area, a gymnasium and plenty of off-road parking.
I have witnessed Alfie’s resilience, confidence and self-assurance develop immensely, through the careful guidance of the staff, which to me is priceless!
