Policies & Procedures

As a provider of education, primarily serving children and young people, our policies and procedures are closely aligned with those of our local schools. We have consulted with them in the design and implementation of our policy documents below.

All our staff undergo a full DBS check before engaging in any work involving children and young people. We also have stringent policies across all areas such as GDPR (the way we use and store customer data), cancellation policies, remote learning policies and more.
